Complaint from Stacey L Key West, FLabout 12 years agoMy seven year old son went to Dr. Sandy Pape’s dental office, Isle Smile, in March 2014 where his face was scared for life. My husband, who sat next to my son during his procedure, witnessed a spot on my son’s cheek that was sizzling (burning and blistering) and turning red. The worker (who Dr. Pape later confessed to me was not really a hygienist) proceeded to argue with my husband that the subst
